  • Condition: the piece must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, with its grading report. If the report is missing, a $150 replacement fee is taken from the refund.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They are made of carbon, like mined diamonds, with the same hardness and sparkle. The difference is that they are grown in a lab.

Does this ring come with a certificate?
If the description mentions an IGI certificate, the center diamond comes with an IGI grading report. Small side diamonds are not graded one by one.

Yes. A lab-grown diamond is made of pure carbon, just like a mined diamond, and has the same hardness and sparkle. The only difference is that it forms above ground instead of deep in the earth.

Most of our rings include an IGI grading report for the center diamond. The product description tells you when one is included.

How long does a made-to-order piece take to arrive?
