- Made-to-Order Items (Standard): Because our fine jewelry is custom-crafted to your selected ring size, diamond specifications, and precious metal choice, please allow 12 to 14 business days for handcrafted production, diamond setting, and rigorous quality inspection before your order ships.
- In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship Items: Select ready-to-ship designs are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays.
2. Free Insured US Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- 100% Free Shipping: We provide complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Transit Time: Fast delivery within 3 to 5 business days via FedEx or UPS after production is complete.
- Direct Signature Required: For your security and peace of mind, all shipments valued over $500 strictly require an adult signature upon delivery. Couriers will not leave packages unattended at doorsteps.
