Return & Refund Policy
At Reminiscence Jewels, we are committed to ensuring you are completely delighted with your fine lab-grown diamond jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we gladly offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange your eligible jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Jewelry must be in its original, unworn, undamaged condition without any scratches or alterations.
- Items must be returned in the complete original packaging, including the presentation box and protective materials.
- Diamond Grading Certificates: All authentic diamond grading certificates (such as IGI certificates) must be returned with the item. If a certificate is missing or damaged, a $150 replacement fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom & Personalized Designs: Bespoke custom designs made to unique client specifications are final sale and non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.
- Expedited Shipping Fees: Any optional expedited courier fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your returned item is received at our New York inspection facility, our gemologists will inspect it within 2 to 3 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original payment method. The posting timeline depends on your payment provider:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover): 5 to 10 business days
- Shop Pay: 3 to 10 business days
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: 3 to 7 business days
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
