Vacuum wax injector
– is separate from the controller and the wax injection case for heat insulation. The wax making jewelry machine has 1000 program presets, making it convenient to use. This full automatic wax injection machine has RF shooting screen induction and lifting motor. With one-key exhaust and wax discharge functions and a digital barometer, the wax injection injector for jewelry making has 99% success rates.
Vacuum pressure casting machine
The basic idea of the INDUTHERM vacuum/pressure casting machines is to close the cover and start the heating up once the machine has been filled with casting material.The temperature may be selected by hand or it may be programed depending on the model you are working with.The material is molten under protective gas to avoid oxidation. The melting procedure may be observed through the viewing window. The crucible is placed centrally in the upper part of the air-tight closed aluminium case in the core of the induction spool.
Investment Mixer
A very important feature of these units is the mixing and pouring of investment under a controlled vacuum environment with vibration,eliminating the need for separate mixing, pouring and vacuuming operations.
Electro polish

Laser Solder
Laser is a non-contact processing method. Compared with the traditional way, it has incomparable advantages, good focusing effect, heat concentration, and a minimal thermal impact area around the solder joint, which is conducive to prevent deformation and damage of the structure around the workpiece. Laser soldering includes pasting laser soldering, wire laser soldering and ball laser soldering. Solder paste, tin wire and solder ball are often used as filler materials in the laser soldering process.
Laser Marking
Laser marking works by using a focused beam of light to mark the surface of a material.This concentrated beam targets only a specified area, allowing the laser marking machine to create precise, high quality, high-contrast marks that are easy to read or scan on virtually any surface.
Sprue Grinding Machine
Sprue grinding machines are either water based or dry machining , the water based machines are used for better recovery of the material used in the mould. The structure of the machines consists of a grinding wheel, which is enclosed, and the front of the machine is covered by the glass which enables the operator to see; the grinding wheel is made of or covered with hard grit which is used to grind off sprue. The most commonly used metal cloth on the grinding wheel is of Aluminium Oxide, this metal cloth varies in Grit size for different materials.
Polishing Machine(Buffing)
The Polishing Machine (also called the Buffing Machine) is used to polish soft metals including copper and brass as well as plastics such as perspex. The two ‘mops’ spin at high speed when the ‘on’ switch is pressed. If the material is carefully pressed against the mop and moved backwards and forwards it will be polished. The material must be filed to remove scratches and then wet and dry paper or emery cloth is used to further smooth the surfaces. Only then can it be polished on the buffing machine.
